for building an mvp or if you are a lean startup the advice is to find 5-10 customers and iterate on that. but minimum number of customers needed is dependent about how much those customers / users will use the product. If the product is used multiple hours per day then 1 customer is more than enough, specifically if you have direct communication with the customer
At contrario, if the product is used for a few minutes per day, you need more customers to make a significant impact.
You need to figure out if this unique customer has a lot of pain points - ideally he should capture all the painpoints from all the customers. Like the bad one - for example a really struggling student, or someone just getting started into marketing and trying out a marketing product / service
